Funtion of Hotrolled Second Straightening & Cutting Product Line
The function of this product line is to unload the hot rolled steel soil, straighten for the first time, cut the borders, measure length and incise transversely to long steel plate and then straighten it again. Stack and pack the straightened steel plates for the following procedures. The entire process is controlled by fully automated digital equipment and can ensure straightening accuracy.

Continuously straightening and cutting; Human machine interface (HMI) operation; Germany’s Siemens Electrical System; Digital readout and digital setting; PLC controlling; Encoder detection. Have high precision and speed for straightening.
