To strengthen the quality controlling of our products, clarify the responsibility of quality, protect the legal rights of our customers, and assume our responsibility for society, we make promise publicly as follows:
1. Steel sold by us will be marked with the manufacturer’s trademark, factory name, standards and materials. We also will provide related quality specification or quality test reports upon customer’s request.
2. Under these conditions, customers can appeal to our company:
⑴The goods
received is different with what written on bills of sales or
contracts;
⑵The goods
received is different with what written on quality specification;
⑶The goods,
the quality specification or quality test report do not accord with
the national standards.
3. If you found any quality problem, please stop the using. The packing of goods, which still have not been used, should be kept in good conditions. Besides unusual conditions, customers should appeal to us in 4 days after receiving the goods.

Customers should appeal to us for the quality problems in written form. In the form, you should tell us about your losses and your suggestions for dealing with. Then please fax, mail or e-mail the form to us. The Quality Objection Report Form can be downloaded from our website (Click here to download) or you can draw it from the nearest business department of us from you. After filling in the form with your official seals, please fax it to our fax number 0086-21-55511176.
5. We will deal with the appeal form in 24 hours after receiving it, forward the report to the manufacturer and arrive at the scene to identify the problems with quality supervisor of the manufacturer within a week to resolve the problems.
6. The standards for judging the quality problems are national standards, departmental standards or enterprise standards. If there are not national standards, we will handle it according to related industry departmental standards. If there are not departmental standards, we will handle it according to related enterprise standards. If there are not standards, we will handle it according to the contracts.
7. Due to Production Quality Law of People Republic of Chin and according to the suggestions of the manufacturer on the quality objections, we will sign Quality Disposal Protocol with the user if need return or change the goods, give a discount or compensation, and etc.
8. According to Quality Disposal Protocol, we will resolve the problems in 15 days.
9. We will not accept quality appeal under these conditions:
⑴There is an agreement between customers and us beforehand;
⑵The goods that were given a discount because of some quality problems and we have told the customers about it.
10. When picking up the goods, please check the amount and appearance quality of related products at the storehouse. If you have any objection, bring forward and we’ll resolve it right now.
